Small Business Response Rewards FAQs

If your question is not answered here, or if you'd like more information, please contact us.

Why would I want to enroll in Response Rewards?
As a small business enrolled in Response Rewards, you benefit by planning all or most of your energy use at times other than On-Peak hours. And if you can be flexible and reduce your energy use during Critical-Peak periods, you'll avoid the highest rates. Besides easing the load on the power grid, you get a great opportunity to lower your overall energy costs. We'll drop your Off-Peak and On-Peak rates. Most of the time, you'll be operating at a much lower rate.
