Increased day lighting throughout office will minimize energy use. The carpeting is made from recycled fibers. The walls inside the office are comprised of recycled concrete and corkboard; the floor is polished concrete.
The kitchen has Energy Star appliances and Plyboo bamboo cabinets - bamboo is known as a rapidly renewable material. The countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are comprised of recycled materials and banana chips.
