Save time with convenient online self-service features.
When you create an Online Profile you'll get access to the following features:
- My account overview. See personalized billing and energy information for your account.
- Billing and payment options. Request billing and payment options that fit your needs.
- Quick payment. Make electronic check or credit card payments on your account.
- Update account information. Update your mailing address, legal name and contact information.
- Service requests. Request to start, stop or transfer your natural gas or electric service.
To get started, create a profile.* As a registered user, you will have access to these personalized features day or night, holidays and weekends.
* You will need your Account Number, Billing Account Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number in order to create your profile.
