Fixed Bill is a billing program from WPS that eliminates the uncertainty of fluctuating natural gas prices, helping you plan your household budget.
Fixed Bill is simple. Your natural gas cost is locked in for a year, so your bills remain the same for 12 months — regardless of temperature or price. Unlike other billing options, there are no adjustments, and no end-of-year credits or charges. You receive bill certainty and predictability for an additional 6% program fee.

Fixed Bill is available for eligible natural gas services only. Another option to help even out your energy bills is Budget Billing.
