The Response Rewards program is split into three pricing levels:
If you choose to participate in Response Rewards, you will be contacted by your preferred method (i.e., pager message, text message, e-mail or FAX) at least one hour before a Critical-Peak period begins. Then we'll notify you in the same way at least 30 minutes prior to the Critical-Peak ending. Critical-Peak hours, lasting between 2 and 8 hours per period, account for less than 3% of all annual hours.

* These holidays are around-the-clock savings days: New Year's Eve, New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
