Lateral Expansion Project received verbal approval from Public Service Commission of Wisconsin
Fall 2007
WPSC obtained the following permits from the WDNR to conduct pipeline installation activities within streams and wetlands.

Federal regulations approve Guardian II Transmission Pipeline Project
Spring 2008
Construction on laterals begins
Fall 2008
Project completed, natural gas laterals begin operating
