Wisconsin Public Service held a community informational meeting on September 25, 2003 to unveil the project application to local residents. The following day, the entire 1,400-page document was delivered to the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, the state regulators that will review the project and accept, deny or approve the project with modifications.
