Picnic and Tour
On September 9, the Weston Power Plant held a picnic on the site where the new Weston 4 Power Plant is proposed to be built. Neighbors and employees were invited to come and get a closer look.
Design representatives were on hand to answer questions about the new plant. External tours of the property were made available via wagon rides for the whole family.

Dennis Maki (right), General Manager of Generation, also joined in the festivities.
There was plenty of good food to be enjoyed.
Louie the Lightning Bug helped to entertain the kids.
It was a good opportunity to get hands-on experience at the Weston Power Plant.
