Things You Should Know
- After the activation process, you will no longer receive a paper bill.
- An online profile is required to enroll.
- You don't need to wait until you receive your first e‑Bill to make a payment. You can pay on the day you sign up if you'd like.
- You will receive your first e‑Bill on the next scheduled billing date. This is generally 30 days or less depending on when your e‑Bill account is activated by Public Service.
- You may be able to pay your Wisconsin Public Service bill and other bills through your bank's Web site.
Other Considerations
e‑Bill may be used with other Public Service electronic payment options, such as QuickCheck or Immediate Payment, or with other online payment services, such as Yahoo! or your bank.
If you would prefer to continue to receive a bill through the mail, an alternative to e‑Bill is QuickCheck. With QuickCheck, you receive your bill in the mail, and your bill is automatically paid from your bank account on the date you specify each month.
