Fixed Bill is the natural gas billing program from WPS that helps eliminate the uncertainty of fluctuating natural gas prices — and gives you a better way to plan.
Fixed Bill is simple. Your natural gas cost is locked in for one full year, so your monthly charges will be exactly the same for 12 months — regardless of temperature or price. Unlike other billing options, there are no adjustments, and no end-of-year credits or charges. You receive bill certainty and predictability for an additional 7% program fee.

currently closed.
