Fixed Bill is the natural gas billing program from Public Service that helps eliminate the uncertainty of fluctuating natural gas prices — and gives you a new way to budget.
Fixed Bill is simple. Your natural gas cost is locked in for a full 12 months, so your monthly charges will be exactly the same — regardless of temperature or price. Unlike other billing options, there are no adjustments, and no end-of-year credits or charges. You receive bill certainty and predictability for a small program fee.
Enrollment in the Fixed Bill November 2007 - October 2008 program year is currently
closed.
