- Sign Up Online - Sign-up Online with Wisconsin Public Service.
- Sign Up By Mail - Print and follow the instructions on the QuickCheck Agreement. Please remember to attach a voided check to your completed form.

Restrictions
WPS reserves the right to cancel this agreement for insufficient payment on your account.
e‑Bill customers can choose to pay their bill automatically with QuickCheck. Caution: If you release payment through your e‑Bill service provider while using QuickCheck, you will pay your bill twice. If this should happen, you can either immediately contact us to attempt to stop the double payment, or the extra payment will automatically be applied as a credit to your account.
