The pole number is a series of letters and numbers on a metal plate located about eye level on the street side of our poles. For example: "2425 5E14"

A detailed description of the pole location including street name and either nearest street address or intersection. For example: "In front of 244 Smith St" or "Southeast Corner of Main St and 5th Ave".
