When you pay with Immediate Payment, you will be charged a convenience fee by the company that processes the transaction (BillMatrix).

$3.95 per transaction (max. payment of $500) - Business Customer
$8.95 per transaction (max. payment of $600)

Immediate Payment
Pay By Credit Card, Debit Card or Check
With Immediate Payment, you can pay your Public Service bill instantly online or by calling toll-free 800-387-1688. A small convenience fee will be charged.
Before you pay online, you will need your credit card, debit card, or checking account information and an online profile.
Payment Posting Information
Payments made before 12 p.m. (noon) on a regular business day will post to your account the same day. Payments made after 12 p.m. or on a weekend or holiday, will post the next business day. If the payment is urgent, please make the payment and contact us.
Your payment will be processed by Bill Matrix, a leader in the field of electronic bill payments.
