If you use little to no energy during the winter or summer, you can choose to
receive only six bills, instead of 12 monthly bills. The winter months are billed
November through April and the summer months are billed May through October.
The seasonal rate for energy use is the same as our standard rate. But because
you're only being billed for six months, you'll see double customer charges during
those six months. Ultimately, your annual costs are the same as with year-round
billing. However, you enjoy the convenience of fewer bills.
