The Keep Wisconsin Warm/Cool Fund is a nonprofit program that helps the elderly,
disabled and others with limited incomes pay their heating bills. With heating
costs accounting for as much as 50 to 60 percent of their monthly income this winter,
some people will need the assistance the Fund provides more than ever.
