Why do I want to enroll in Response Rewards?
Besides helping ease the load on the power grid, you get a great opportunity to lower your energy costs. We'll drop your Off-Peak and On-Peak rates - most of the time, you'll be operating at a much lower rate.

How many hours of Critical Peak Pricing (CPP) will occur?
300 hours annually, or about 3.4% of all hours in the year.

How much notice will I get that CPP is approaching?
In all cases, we will give you as much advance notice as possible, but your notice will never be less than 1 hour.

How long will each CPP incident last?
From 2 to 8 hours.

How high can the rate be during CPP?
The CPP rate will be a set amount equal to about 6 times the On-Peak rate (or 10 times the Off-Peak rate).

How will I know when I'm entering CPP?
We will alert you via your pager, text messaging cell phone and/or computer email account as well as send you a FAX.
