Certified sites
Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation offers a certified sites program overseen by the largest US-based consulting firm, Deloitte. Certified properties are all 50 or more acres and meet rigorous requirements relating to key aspects of the property. Certified sites are searchable on the Wisconsin GIS-enabled database.
