Rhinelander Service Center
By combining two cross-town operations facilities in an effort to improve customer service and response time, WPS is building an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient Operations Center in Rhinelander.
Project Description
To build a 76,000 square foot state-of-the-art operation facility on the east side of the city of Rhinelander in Oneida County in Northern Wisconsin. The facility will be constructed using Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) guidelines.
August 2009
Following seven months of construction, the new WPS Rhinelander Service Center has completed.
August 2008
Groundbreaking for the new Rhinelander Operations Building was on August 19, 2008, with representatives from WPS, Hoffman Architechs, Miron Construction and local officials.
