Solar Power

WPS continually looks at new ways to provide environmentally friendly energy. We're educating future generations about the possibilities the sun provides. And we're using solar energy in our own operations.

• SolarWise® for Schools
  SolarWise® for Schools places solar panels on high schools. It also teaches students about solar power.
• Green Bay Service Center
  Since 1993, WPS has been generating power from the sun at its Green Bay service center. The 12-kilowatt solar power plant can generate enough electricity for about three homes.
