Payment Arrangements
Often financial difficulties are only temporary, and paying your bills would be possible if you just had a little more time. If you meet a few simple eligibility requirements, WPS will gladly work with you to reach a manageable short-term Payment Arrangement to bring your account up-to-date.
Financial Assistance
Many households are eligible to receive financial assistance to help supplement their heating bills, and often other electric costs. These once-a-year grants do not have to be repaid and are available to both Wisconsin and Michigan residents.
Billing Options
An energy bill that is higher than expected can quickly throw you off your monthly budget. When you switch to Budget Billing, you take out all of the guesswork. We'll calculate your estimated yearly cost, based mostly on your usage from the previous year, and divide it into 12 equal payments. At the end of the year, your last bill will include any difference between what you paid and the cost of your actual usage. So there are no surprises.
Tips On Using Less Energy
It can seem too simple — but one way to lower your energy bill is to use less energy. Conserving is probably a lot easier than you'd think. Most adjustments to save energy are at little to no cost and allow you to retain your typical routine.
